- 以白檀种子为试材,通过测定白檀种子的吸水率,以及不同部位的浸提液对白菜种子发芽、生长的影响,初步探讨了白檀种子休眠原因。结果表明:种子吸水性不是导致白檀种子休眠的原因。白菜种子经白檀种子的各部位浸提液处理后,浸提液对根长、苗高和发芽率的抑制作用强弱为根长>苗高>发芽率;胚乳浸提液对白菜种子发芽率、苗高、根长的抑制作用强于其它部位的浸提液;甲醇浸提液抑制作用强于水浸提液的抑制作用。
- Abstract:
- In this paper,the dormancy mechanism of the Symplocos paniculata (Thunb) Miq seed was studied by determining water absorption and effect of different extracts on the germination and growth of Chinese cabbage seeds.The results showed that the water absorption was not one of the causes of the seed dormancy.The extracts of different parts of Symplocos paniculata seeds were used to deal with the Chinese cabbage seeds.The extracts had inhibitory effects on the root length,the seedling height and the germination rate.The root length was affected mostly while the germination rate least.The extract of endosperm had the most significant impact than that of other parts.The inhibitory effect of methanol extract was greater than that of water extract.
