摘要:
在信息时代，对农业高清影视素材编辑、分类、再利用，进行农业高清影视素材数字化管理，已成为发展的趋势。现结合农业信息化发展的特点，阐述了“农业高清影像数据库”建立的目的和意义，并论述了数据库建立的重要技术环节。
Abstract:
In the information era，it has become the trend of the development of the agricultural high definition film and television material for editing，classification and recycling，and to carry out the digital management of agricultural HD image material.This paper expounded the purpose and significance of the establishment of agricultural high definition video database，and discussed the important technology of the database establishment.
