- 杜鹃是重要的园林观赏植物,对生态维持意义重大。盐胁迫是影响植物种子萌发、植物生长的主要逆境因素之一。以繁华杜鹃为试材,分析了繁花杜鹃种子萌发对NaCl引起的盐胁迫的响应特征,以期为探讨繁花杜鹃种子萌发的生物学特性、品种选育,以及杜鹃花属植物资源的保育和开发利用提供技术参考。结果表明:随着Na+浓度的升高,繁华杜鹃种子的发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数、活力指数、根芽比均呈现下降趋势。
- Abstract:
- Rhododendron family are an important garden plant,which are vital for ecosystem maintenance.Salt stress is one of the main factors that affect seed germination and plant growth.Response of Rhododendron floribundum to salt stress induced by NaCl was investigated in this research,in order to help for the investigation of biologic characteristics of R.floribundum,resource selection and breeding,as well as conservation,exploitation,and utilization of Rhododendron resource in the future.The results showed that seeds germination potential,germination rate,germination index,vigor index,root and shoot ratio all showed a decline trend with the increase of NaCl concentration.
