- 以生菜为研究对象,设计了3因素(N、P、K)5水平二次回归通用旋转组合试验,建立了硝酸盐品质指标对3个因素的回归数学模型,分析了氮、磷、钾浓度对生菜硝酸盐含量的影响,以定量揭示水培生菜硝酸盐含量对营养液主要营养元素氮磷钾浓度的关系。结果表明:对硝酸盐的影响顺序是N>P>K;氮磷钾对硝酸盐含量具有一定的负效应。其中氮对硝酸盐含量的影响较大,适当提高磷钾浓度有利于抑制硝酸盐含量的积累。
- Abstract:
- Lettuce was used as test material,two indexes regression mathematical model on nitrates as established using a pot experiment with three factors in five levels,in order to reveal the relationship between nitrates and main nutrient elements (N,P,K) in hydroponics.The results showed that under the condition of this experiment,the influence of three factors on nitrate was N>P>K;N、P、K had negative effects on the nitrate content.N had a bigger effect on the concentration of nitrate;improving the concentration of NK appropriately was conducive to suppress the accumulation of nitrate content.
