- 以紫花地丁、箭叶堇菜和白花堇菜为试材,在0℃下低温处理2、4、6 d,测定其叶片的伤害度、过氧化物酶(POD)活性及脯氨酸(Pro)含量的变化。结果表明:随着低温胁迫时间的延长,叶片的伤害度和Pro含量呈现明显的上升趋势,而POD活性先上升后下降,胁迫4 d后箭叶堇菜显示出较强的抗寒性,其伤害度最低、POD活性及Pro含量最高,但与紫花地丁无显著差异(P>0.05),而白花堇菜在抗寒性方面明显较弱。
- Abstract:
- The changes of injury degree,POD activity and Pro content of Viola philippica, Viola betonicifolia and Viola lactiflora Nakai leaves were studied after treatment at 0℃ for 2 days,4 days,6 days.The results showed that injury degree and Pro content of the leaves had obvious rising trends with extending cold stress time,while POD activity increased at first and then decreased.After treatment for 4 days,Viola betonicifolia had the lowest injury degree and the highest POD activity and Pro content,which indicated that it had higher cold resistance.The cold resistance of Viola philippica had no significant difference (P>0.05) with Viola betonicifolia,while Viola lactiflora Nakai had poorest cold resistance.
