- 以河南科技学院红花新株系“3-10”为试材,研究不同播种密度(2.50、5.00、7.25、10.00、12.25 g/钵)对红花芽菜生长发育以及黄酮含量的影响。结果表明:播种密度为5.00 g/钵时,有利于红花芽菜的生长发育,经济产率、生物产率达到最高值,分别为11.308%、9.384%,生物产量和经济产量都比较理想,黄酮含量达到26.86 mg/g。因此,播种密度为5.00 g/钵是最佳播种密度。
- Abstract:
- Taking the Henan Institute of Science and Technology’s safflower ‘3-10’as experimental materials,the effect of planting density (2.50,5.00,7.25,10.00,12.25 g/bowl) on the safflower sprouts growth and the content of flavones were studied.The results showed that the planting density was 5.00 g/bowl.It was conducive to safflower sprouts growth and development.Biological productivity and economic productivity were 11.308% and 9.384%,respectively.Biological yield and economic yield were ideal.The flavones content reached 26.86 mg/g.So the planting desity was 5.00 g/bowl that was the optimum planting density.
