- 油橄榄富含多种功能活性成分,该研究主要介绍了油橄榄中多酚类物质的含量特点、提取分离、分析鉴定和生物活性,以期为油橄榄的进一步开发利用提供理论参考。
- Abstract:
- Olea europaea L.is rich in various functional components.In this paper the characteristics of contents,extraction and separation,analysis and identification,biological activity of oleuropein in Olea europaea were introduced,in order to provide a reference for the further development and utilization.
