- 以大花君子兰为试材,研究了种子形态以及种子大小、储藏时间,赤霉素(GA3)浓度对其萌发的影响。结果表明:君子兰种子千粒重769.6 g,中等大小种子比例最大,种子大小、储藏时间和GA3浓度影响其萌发品质。君子兰种子可以随采随播,中等大小种子萌发品质最好,GA3浓度为100 mg/L时可以缩短种子开始发芽时间,提高种子的发芽率。
- Abstract:
- With Clivia miniata as test materials,the form and the different processing conditions on the seed germination was researched.The results showed that thousand seed weigh of Clivia miniata was 769.6 g.Medium size seed was the most proportion.Seed size and storage life and GA3 concentration affect the seed germination.The seed of Clivia miniata could sow without storage.The medium size seed germination quality was the best.100 mg/L GA3 could shorten seed germination time and improve seed germination rate.
