- 以平菇“早秋615”为试材,将其栽培在花卉温室大棚闲置空间,通过对比生料栽培和熟料栽培2种模式下平菇子实体在大棚内的生长情况、产量等,研究不同栽培模式对平菇生长的影响。结果表明:生料栽培模式出菇时间较为集中,76 d内子实体转化率为87.5%,子实体含水较多,受瘿蚊危害较重;熟料栽培模式出菇时间较为分散,76 d内子实体转化率为71.9%,子实体含水较少,受瘿蚊危害较轻。按当地市场行情估算,生料和熟料栽培模式带来的经济效益分别为1.14万元/667m2和1.68万元/667m2。Bti农药防治瘿蚊幼虫的结果表明,5 g/L是最合适的施用浓度。
- Abstract:
- ‘Zaoqiu 615’ mushroom was cultivated in free space of the flowers greenhouse,by contrast growth and yield of fruiting body under the raw and clinker material cultivation mode in the greenhouse,the effect of different cultivation patterns on mushroom growth was studied.The results showed that the fruiting times of raw material cultivated was concentrated,the average conversion rate of fruiting body was 87.5%,the fruiting body had much water,the damage of gall midge was much heavier;the fruiting time of clinker cultivated was much dispersed,the average conversion rate of fruiting body was 71.9%,the fruiting body had lower water,the damage of gall midge was slight.According to local market conditions,the raw and clinker material cultivation mode could bring economic benefits about 11.4 and 16.8 thousand yuan/667m2.The result of Bti pesticides to control midge larvae showed that 5 g/L was the most appropriate concentration.
