- 以红瑞木1年生硬枝为试材,采用单因素完全随机区组设计,选用NAA、IBA和ABT 1号生根粉3种激素(浓度均为0、50、100、150 mg/L)及4种基质进行扦插试验,研究激素和基质对红瑞木硬枝容器扦插生根的影响。结果表明:用NAA浸泡插穗2 h,其适宜的浓度为100 mg/L,生根率可达94.43%,平均根长2.98 cm,平均根系数量37.95条,根系效果指数3.78,分别较对照极显著提高1.33、2.46、2.46、6.10倍;用IBA浸泡插穗2 h,适宜的浓度为150 mg/L,生根率、平均根长、平均根系数量和根系效果指数分别为95.57%、1.85 cm、31.80条和1.96,分别较对照极显著提高1.34、1.53、2.06、3.16倍;但用ABT 1号生根粉浸泡插穗2 h,适宜的浓度为150 mg/L,生根率、平均根长、平均根系数量和根系效果指数仅为84.43%、2.13 cm、16.23条和1.15。适宜红瑞木硬枝扦插的基质为泥炭∶珍珠岩∶蛭石=1∶1∶1(V∶V∶V),其生根率达到100%,平均根长3.72 cm,平均根系数量35.13条,根系效果指数6.55。由此可见,红瑞木硬枝容器扦插时,适宜用100 mg/L NAA浸泡插穗2 h,并采用泥炭∶珍珠岩∶蛭石=1∶1∶1的扦插基质,效果最佳。
- Abstract:
- The effect of different hormone types,which include NAA,IBA and ABT 1 with the concentrations of 0,50,100 and 150 mg/L,and four kinds of substrates on the rooting of the one-year-old branches of the Cornus alba L.were studied by using single factor randomized block design.The results showed that,the most appropriate concentration of NAA was 100 mg/L when the branches were soaked for 2 hours,the rooting rate was 94.43%,the average root length was 2.98 cm,the average root number was 37.95 and the root effective indexes was 3.78,which were 1.33,2.46,2.46 and 6.10 times than that of the control respectively;the most appropriate concentration of IBA was 150 mg/L when the branches were soaked for 2 hours,the rooting rate was 95.57%,the average root length was 1.85 cm,the average root number was 31.80 and the root effective index was 1.96,which were 1.34,1.53,2.06 and 3.16 times than that of the control respectively;soaking the branches in the ABT 1 for 2 hours,the most appropriate concentration was 150 mg/L,but the rooting rate,the average root length,the average root number and the root effective indexes were only 84.43%,2.13 cm,16.23 and 1.15 respectively.Peat∶perlite∶vermiculite=1∶1∶1(V∶V∶V) was the most suitable substrates,the rooting rate was 100%,the average root length was 3.72 cm,the average root number was 35.13 and the root effective index was 6.55.Therefore,100 mg/L NAA and 1 peat∶1 perlite∶1 vermiculite should be used for the cutting propagation of the Cornus alba L.in order to achieve the best rooting effect.
