- 以“夏黑”和“丽红宝”葡萄为试材,研究了赤霉素和噻苯隆对葡萄果实膨大效果及对着色和内在品质的影响。结果表明:葡萄生理落果后,使用赤霉素和噻苯隆溶液浸蘸果穗,在促进果实膨大的同时,赤霉素处理对“夏黑”葡萄可溶性固形物、可滴定酸含量没有明显影响,但降低“丽红宝”可溶性固形物含量,赤霉素对2种葡萄着色没有明显影响;而噻苯隆处理降低“夏黑”和“丽红宝”可溶性固形物含量,增加可滴定酸含量,不利于果实着色。从果实综合性状来看,赤霉素处理效果优于噻苯隆。
- Abstract:
- Taking ‘Summer Black’ and ‘Lihongbao’ grape as material,the effect of GA3 and TDZ treatments on the enlargement,coloring and inner quality of grape were studied.The results showed that the weight of berry and cluster were increased by both treatments after physiological fruit drop.GA3 treatment had no obvious influence on grape coloring,but reduced the soluble solids content of ‘Lihongbao’.The soluble solids content was decreased,titratable acid content was increased,and fruit coloration of ‘Summer Black’ and ‘Lihongbao’ was obviously inhibited by TDZ treatment.Comprehensively,the effect of GA3 was better than that of TDZ.
