- 以18份黄瓜高代自交系为试材,研究了10℃低温避光发芽试验及幼苗进行低温弱光处理(昼/夜,12℃/8℃;80 μmol?m-2?s-1)对种子的发芽特性和幼苗的耐低温弱光特性的影响。通过调查黄瓜幼苗低温弱光耐性指数筛选出耐性品系M22、Ma1、M32 、M11和不耐低温弱光品系M44、M36、M14。同时调查耐性不同品系的发芽特性、叶面积、株高、节数、茎粗、干物质重等指标。结果表明:黄瓜耐性指数与株高、发芽率、茎粗、干物质重等形态学性状显著相关,株高与干物质重与耐性指数关系最紧密,受低温弱光性影响最强。试验表明,可以耐低温指数为主,结合低温发芽能力与苗期生长量进行低温弱光耐性筛选。
- Abstract:
- Using 18 generation’s self-line cucumber as materials,character of the germination and chilling-low light tolerance were given to selected materials in this study,and materials were germinated at 10℃ without light,then were planted under the low temperature (Day/night,12℃/8℃) and low-light treatment (80 μmol?m-2?s-1).The tolerant materials such as M22,Ma1,M32,M11 and intolerant materials such as M44,M36,M14 were given through surveying tolerant index of low temperature and low-light treatment.Several characters such as the germination characteristics,leaf area,plant height,pitch numbers,stalk diameter and plant dry weight were investigated.The results showed that the tolerant index reached remarkable level with other 4 characters (plant height,germination percentage stalk diameter,plant dry weight).Plant height and dry weight were the closest character of the tolerant index and were the most important character of low temperature and low-light tolerance in cucumber.Screening of low temperature and low-light tolerance in seeding stage in cucumber materials could carry out by combining tolerant index
