- 基于北京市消费者的调研数据,对食用菌消费行为与消费需求进行分析,发现北京市食用菌消费市场虽然已经有了一定的发展,但仍存在消费频率不高、消费量偏少、品牌建设落后、消费品种较为集中、加工产品发展不足等问题,并由此提出相应对策建议。
- Abstract:
- Analyzed the consumer behavior and demand of mushroom based on the survey data of consumers in Beijing,found that although there has been a certain development on the consumer market of mushroom in Beijing,but there were still some issues,such as consumption frequency was not high,less consumption,brand building backward,and varieties of consumption was concentrated,lack of product development and so on,and then put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions..
