- 以栽培3年的“薄丰”核桃为试材,用LI-6400光合测定仪测定叶面喷施外源激素IAA和6-BA对其光合特性的影响。结果表明:对“薄丰”核桃喷施100 mg/L IAA后能提高其对光环境的适应能力,而喷施100 mg/L 6-BA的作用却不十分明显;对“薄丰”核桃喷施100 mg/L IAA后其净光合速率日变化为单峰曲线,其净光合速率明显高于对照组,最大值比对照组高出10.699 μmol.m-2.s-1;而对“薄丰”核桃喷施100 mg/L 6-BA后其净光合速率日变化曲线变化为双峰曲线,出现了明显的午休现象,但净光合速率均值与对照组较为接近。
- Abstract:
- Taking ‘Bofeng’ walnut of 3-years-old as material,effect of IAA and 6-BA on photosynthetic characteristics in foliar spraying by using portable photosynthesis system LI-6400 were studied.The results showed that spraying 100 mg/L AA to ‘Bofeng’ walnut could improve their ability to adapt to light environment,while spraying 100 mg/L 6-BA role was not very clear.After spraying 100 mg/L IAA its diurnal variation of a single peak,the net photosynthetic rate was significantly higher than the the control group,its maximum value higher than the control group 10.699 μmol?m-2.s-1;and after spraying 100 mg/L 6-BA its diurnal variation curves for the bimodal curve,there was a clear midday depression,but the net photosynthetic rate was closer to the mean of the control group.
