- 以黑龙江省2个野生分布种(平榛和毛榛)和2个杂交种(平欧杂交榛和平平欧杂交榛)的13个不同样品榛树种子为试材,对4种榛树种子的主要营养成分进行了测定及差异显著性分析。结果表明:不同种类及不同品种榛子主要营养成分之间具有一定差异性,平榛与其它榛子在水分含量上呈显著差异,在淀粉含量及脂肪含量方面与毛榛有显著差异;毛榛的蛋白质含量与其它种类榛子呈显著差异;毛榛、平榛与杂交榛脂肪含量有显著差异。在水分含量上,平榛>平平欧杂交榛>平欧杂交榛>毛榛;在淀粉含量上,毛榛>平欧杂交榛>平平欧杂交榛>平榛;在可溶性糖含量上,毛榛>平欧杂交榛>平榛>平平欧杂交榛;在蛋白质含量上,平榛>平欧杂交榛>平平欧杂交榛>毛榛;在脂肪含量上,毛榛>平平欧杂交榛>平欧杂交榛>平榛。
- Abstract:
- Thirteen different samples of hazel seeds from two wild species(Corylus heterophylla,Corylus mandshurica) and two hybrid(Corylus heterophylla×Corylus avellana,Corylus heterophylla×(Corylus heterophylla×Corylus avellana)) were used as materials,the essential nutrient of four species of hazel seeds were determined.The results showed that there was difference of essential nutrient among species and cultivars.The water content of Corylus heterophylla was significantly different with those in other 3 species and cultivars,the contents of starch and fat were significantly different with Corylus mandshurica.The protein content of Corylus mandshurica was significantly different with those in other 3 species and cultivars.The fat contents of Corylus mandshurica and Corylus heterophylla were significantly different with hybrid hazels.Four groups of hazelnuts were ranked in decreasing order of as follows:Corylus heterophylla>Corylus heterophylla×(Corylus heterophylla×Corylus avell ana)>Corylus heterophylla×Corylus avellana>Corylus mandshurica by water content,Corylus mandshurica>Corylus heterophylla×Corylus avellana>Corylus heterophylla ×(Corylus heterophylla×Corylus avellana)>Corylus heterophylla by starch content,Corylus mandshurica>Corylus heterophylla×Corylus avellana>Corylus heterophylla>Corylus heterophylla ×(Corylus heterophylla×Corylus avellana) by soluble sugar content,Corylus heterophylla>Corylus heterophylla×Corylus avellana>Corylus heterophylla×(Corylus heterophylla×Corylus avellana)>Corylus mandshurica by protein content,Corylus mandshurica>Corylus heterophylla×(Corylus heterophylla×Corylus avellana)>Corylus heterophylla×Corylus avellana>Corylus heterophylla by fat content.
