- 以芒果(Mangifera indica L.)、红花羊蹄甲(Bauhinia blakeana)、茶花(Camellia japonica)、马樱丹(Lantana camara)、蟛蜞菊(Wedelia chinensis)、美人蕉(Canna indica)6种常见的园林观赏植物为研究对象,通过检测不同生境中(道路绿化带、公园和山区森林公园)6种园林植物叶片面积、叶片气孔密度、叶片叶绿素含量以及叶绿素荧光特性等生理生化指标,揭示不同程度污染环境对园林观赏植物的影响。结果表明:长期生长在道路周边的园林植物叶面积、叶绿素含量与公园、森林等地比较差异显著(P<0.05),而山区森林较公园大;叶片的气孔密度大体呈现递减的趋势(道路绿化带>公园>山区森林公园);光合效率也呈现递减趋势,森林植物最大,其次是公园和道路绿化带,植物生理指标比较分析表明,区域污染程度(大气和粉尘)从大到小依次为道路绿化带>公园>山区森林公园,污染程度越大对植物损害越大,另一方面说明园林植物耐受大气和粉尘等污染能力较强。
- Abstract:
- Taking six common landscape plants(Mangifera indica L.,Bauhinia blakeana,Camellia japonica,Lantana camara,Wedelia chinensis and Canna indica) as research objects,leaf area,stomatal density,chlorophyll content,photosynthesis efficiency of six landscape plants in green belt,park and mountain forest were detected,to reveal the effect of different levels of pollution to the landscape plants.The results showed that difference of leaf area and chlorophyll content of landscape plants in green belt and park,mountain forest was significant,mountain forest was more than park,but stomatal density of landacape plants in these three territorys was polar,green belt plants was the largest,following by park,finally mountain forest,photosynthesis efficiency and photosynthesis efficiency was just opposite.These physiological indexes could conform that green belts>park>mountain forest,it also suggested that larger pollution damage more plants,and the landscape plants could tolerate the larger pllution.
