- 以石刁柏种子为试材,在恒温25℃,光照强度3 000 lx,相对湿度66%的条件下,以累计发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数等为指标,探讨了不同栽培基质、不同浓度GA3和PEG溶液处理对石刁柏种子发芽的影响。结果表明:不同栽培基质对石刁柏种子芽率影响不大,但却对胚根长度有一定的影响,3种不同基质中胚根长度的排序为沙子>珍珠岩∶蛭石=1∶1>蒸馏水;石刁柏种子发芽率、发芽势和活力指数在GA3溶液浓度为50 mg/L时最高,其发芽指数与GA3浓度呈负相关;石刁柏种子发芽率与PEG浓度呈负相关,发芽势及胚根长度随PEG浓度增加先增加后降低,在PEG浓度为2.5%时达到最高。
- Abstract:
- Taking seeds of Asparagus officinalis as materials,different culture substrates,different concentrations of GA3 and PEG were settled respectively in the experiment with the condition of 25℃,light intensity 3 000 lx and relative humidity 66%,in order to explore their effect on germination characteristics of Asparagus officinalis through the method of calculating the accumulated germination rate,germination energy and germination index,etc.The results showed that different culture substrates had little effect on the germination rate,but had a certain effect on the length of the radicle,the order was sand>perlite and vermiculite each 50%>distilled water;the germination rate,germination energy and vigor index were the highest when the concentration of GA3 was 50 mg/L,and the germination index had negative correlation with the concentration of GA3;the germination rate had negative correlation with the concentration of PEG;the germination energy and the length of the radicle increased firstly and decreased later with the concentration increased of PEG;and they were the highest at the concentration of 2.5%.
