摘要:: 摘要：通过对河南省临颍县、修武县、新野县、新安县失地农民的深入调查，基于705户的调查数据，运用Logistic模型，分析了失地农民被征用土地的意愿与影响因素。结果表明：失地农民对征地补偿满意程度及对征地后生活改善预期、被征地在农民养老保障中的作用、农户家庭成员健康状况、受教育年限、是否有非农劳动技能等因素对失地农民土地征收意愿具有显著的影响。为此建议应当建立多元化征地补偿方式，提高补偿标准；建立健全我国农村社会保障体系，使失地农民没有后顾之忧；加强失地农民技能培训，完善农民就业与创业的帮扶机制。

Abstract:: Through thoroughly investigated the land-lost peasants in Linying County，Xiuwu County，Xinye County and Xin’an County，based on the survey data from 750 local families，and applied the Logistic mode，the willingness and affections of the land-lost peasants had been analyzed.The result indicated that the factors included the satisfaction degree of compensations for land-lost peasants，the life improvement expectation of land-lost peasants after they had lost their lands，the effects of the lost lands on peasants’ old-age security，the health status of peasants’ families，the years of education，working technical abilities excluded agricultural skills had a prominent affection on land-lost peasants’ willingness of expropriated their lands.Therefore，in order to make lost-land peasants freed from worries，diversified modes of land compensation should be established，the standers of compensation should be improved，and social security system in rural areas should be established and improved，the land-lost farmers’ skills training should be strengthened，and farmers’ employment and entrepreneurship support mechanism should be improved.
