- 摘 要:利用同位素32P示踪技术,研究嫁接后西伯利亚红松树体内营养的分配、吸收与运输情况,评价接穗与砧木适应性和亲和性。结果表明:嫁接树的营养吸收明显大于非嫁接树,油松-西伯利亚红松嫁接树营养物质交换最好,是适应性较强的组合,这与引种组长期嫁接试验的生长势观察记录相一致。

- Abstract:By using 32P tracer isotope technology,nutrient distribution,absorbtion,transportation of grafted Pinus sibirica was studied,the adaptability and compatibility of Pinus sibirica (Loud.) Mayr scion and rootstock were determined.The results showed that grafted tree was better than the non-grafted trees in nutrition absorption.Grafted tree, Pinus tabulaeformis Carr.- Pinus sibirica (Loud.) Mayr,was the best in nutrition exchanging,it was the combination which had a better adaptability.The results consistent with growth potential observation records of long-term graft test in introduced group.
