- 以软枣猕猴桃雌雄株休眠枝和新梢为试材,采用形态观察法和生理生化法对软枣猕猴桃植株的性别进行了鉴定研究。结果表明:软枣猕猴桃雌株的叶痕间距和皮孔密度显著大于雄株;组培苗雄株显著高于雌株,根系数量显著低于雌株;BTB染色法鉴别软枣猕猴桃性别的反应时间为4 h以后,但以反应4 h差异最明显;TTC染色法是鉴定成龄软枣猕猴桃雌雄株的有效方法,但是否适用于童期还有待进一步探讨。
- Abstract:
- Taking male and female plants of Actinidia arguta dormant branches and shoots as experimental materials,with the method of morphology observation and physiological biochemical index determination for the Actinidia arguta plant gender identification were studied.The results showed that,leaf scars spacing and lenticel density of female plants were significantly greater than the male plants in Actinidia arguta;tissue culture seedling height of male plants was significantly higher than female plants;root number of male plants was significantly lower than female plants;BTB staining method to identify Actinidia arguta gender reaction after 4 hours,but the most obvious difference appear at 4 hours;TTC staining method was an effective method for the identification between male and female plants of Actinidia arguta,whether it was suitable for the juvenile phase remains to be further discussed.
