- 文章在简要介绍寒地黑土地理、气候及生态等自然状况基础上，从品牌形式、品牌内涵、品牌认证与国际化等方面解读了寒地黑土的生态品牌；并从寒地黑土专利权、商标权、农产品地理标志权、农业遗传资源知识产权、网络域名权等方面论述了寒地黑土品牌知识产权及法律保护，以期为寒地黑土品牌建设提供参考。
- Abstract:
- Based on the frigid black soil geography,climate and other natural conditions and ecological basis in briefly were introduced in this article,from the brand in the form and detail of brand,brand authentication and other aspects of international ecological to introduce the brand’s frigid black soil;and from the frigid black soil patent,trademark regard to the right,the right to geographical indications of agricultural products,agricultural genetic resources,intellectual property,internet domain names such as the right brand of frigid black soil to discusse the legal protection of intellectual property and in order to provide references for building the frigid black soil brand.
