- 以五味子品种“嫣红”为试材,采用植物效率仪Pocket-PEA研究了热胁迫处理对光系统活性的影响。结果表明:随着温度的升高,原初最大光化学效率(Fv/Fm)和叶片捕获的激子将电子传递到电子传递链中QA-下游电子受体的概率(ψ0)在35~40℃的范围内并没有明显变化,当温度升高到44℃和48℃时,则显著下降,ψ0的下降说明电子传递链受体侧受到了严重的抑制。随着温度升高,相对可变荧光在K点和J点的值(Vk和Vi)逐渐上升,但在44℃和48℃较对照呈显著上升。随着热胁迫时间的延长,Vk和Vi逐渐升高,胁迫5 min后在K点和J点呈现双峰曲线,随胁迫时间延长Vk虽逐渐升高,但K点的峰逐渐消失,J点的峰则逐渐凸显。说明高温引起电子传递链供体侧和受体侧受到伤害,但供体侧对高温更加敏感。
- Abstract:
- The effect of heat stress on photosynthetic activities of photosystem in leaves of Schisandra chinensis (Turcz.) Baill.‘Yanhong’ was studied by a portable fluorometer (PEA-Plant Efficiency Analyser).The results showed that Fv/Fm and ?ψ0 had not significantly changed at 35~40℃,but at 44℃ and 48℃ there was a significant decrease.It indicated that the acceptor side was inhibited severely.With the increasing of temperature,the relative variable fluorescence Vk and Vj increased gradually and became significantly higher at 44℃ and 48℃.When time of heat stress increased from 5 min to 40 min,Vk and Vj increased gradually,bimodal curve was observed at K point and J point after heat stress was kept in 5 min.Although Vk increased gradually as heat stress time prolonged,K point disappeared gradually and J peak became more prominent.Above all,both the donor side and the acceptor side of PS Ⅱ were damaged,especially the donor side,were more sensitive to heat stress.
