- 果实的脱落是由于离区细胞间质的降解,而细胞间质的降解有赖于水解酶的参与,这使得水解酶成为近年来器官脱落研究的热点之一。该文主要综述了各种水解酶的生化特性、克隆表达以及降解细胞间质作用等方面的研究现状,并展望了其未来的发展方向,以期推进水解酶在果实脱落上的研究及其相关制品的开发利用。
- Abstract:
- The abscission of fruit due to the degradation of intercellular substance in abscission zone,while the degradation of intercellular substance depends hydrolase,which made hydrolase become one of the focused researches in recent years.In this review,the research status of hydrolase was summarized,including its biochemical characteristics,cloning and expression,and degradation of intercellular substance effect.Besides,the future directions of hydrolase were also pointed out,with a hope to guide the further study of hydrolases during fruit abscission process and the development and utilization of related products.
