- 以田间不同发育进度的苹果树腐烂病菌分生孢子器为试材,通过肉眼对其表观特征进行观察,进而采用石蜡切片法对其内部解剖结构进行显微观察,以期建立二者的对应关系。结果表明:田间苹果树腐烂病菌分生孢子器依据发育进度可以划分为3种类型:分生孢子器原基、未成熟的分生孢子器和成熟的分生孢子器,3种类型的分生孢子器通过其表观特征可相互区分;该研究揭示了该病原菌分生孢子器组织学发育特点与表观特征之间的对应关系,为以后田间调查不同发育进度类型的分生孢子器提供了标准和快速识别的方法。
- Abstract:
- Taking the pycnidium of Valsa mali var.mali at different developmental progresses as material,the apparent characteristics were observed by the naked eye,then the internal anatomic structure were obserced by paraffin section,in order to establish the corresponding ralationship between the two parts.The results showed that the pycnidium of Valsa mali var.mali in the field could be divided into three types according to the developmental progress:pycnidiumal primordia,immature pycnidium and mature pycnidium,and three types of pycnidium could be distinguished from each other through its apparent characteristics.This study revealed the correspondence between histological development characteristics and apparent characteristics of pycnidium,provided a standard for investigation and a method for fast recognition of different developmental types of pycnidium in the field.
