- 以小冠花和蛇鞭菊种子为试材,研究了98%浓硫酸处理不同时间、不同浓度的赤霉素、不同温度的温水浸泡处理对小冠花和蛇鞭菊种子萌发的影响。结果表明:98%浓硫酸浸泡处理小冠花种子20 min效果较好,第5天开始发芽,发芽率达92.7%。3种处理方法对蛇鞭菊种子的发芽促进作用很小,均无显著差异,其中用清水浸泡24 h的蛇鞭菊发芽率最高,为77.3%,因此更好的促进蛇鞭菊种子萌发的方法还有待进一步研究。
- Abstract:
- Taking Coronilla varia L.and Liatris spieata Willd as materials,the effect of soaking in 98% sulfuric acid for different time,different concentration of GA3,different temperature warm water on germination of Coronilla varia and Liatris spieata seeds were studied.The results showed that Coronilla varia seeds soaked in 98% sulfuric acid for 20 min was better,it germinated on fifth day and come up to 92.7%.3 kinds of treatment methods on germination of Liatris spieata seed promotion effect was very small,were not significance different and the germination rate of Liatris spieata for water 24 h was the highest (77.3%).The better way to promote the Liatris spieata seed germination should be further researched.
