- 资金投入是促进种子企业发展，振兴种业的前提。品种权质押贷款为解决种子企业融资难问题开辟了新的途径。现通过分析品种权质押贷款面临的法律风险和价值风险，有针对性地从商业银行、政府、担保机构、评估机构等方面提出了品种权质押贷款风险防范的对策建议。
- Abstract:
- Money is the premise for promoting the seed enterprise development and the revitalization of the seed industry.Variety right pledge loan opens up a new way to solve the financing difficult problem of the seed enterprises.In this paper,through the thorough analysis of the variety right pledge loan risk:the legal risk and the value of risk countermeasures and Suggestions were put forward to keep the variety right pledge loan risk away.
