- 近年来，随着人们收入的增加，乡村旅游、自驾旅游成为人们生活不可缺少的一部分，乡村旅游与休闲农业成为旅游业发展的重要取向，因其广阔的市场前景，良好的社会、经济、生态效益，及其综合性强、关联性大、劳动密集型等产业特征，有效地满足了城市居民休闲度假和农村居民收入增长的需求。但我国休闲农业发展还处于初步探索阶段，任何一个新鲜事物都会经历一个成长过程，这个过程中不可避免会遇到各种问题。该文以此为研究背景，在总结我国现阶段休闲农业发展的驱动因素及我国发展休闲农业所具备的条件，在此基础上，深入分析了我国休闲农业发展中出现的问题：市场秩序混乱、环境严重破坏等,针对这些问题，对我国休闲农业发展提出了几点对策建议：政府应制定相关法律法规、注重环境保护知识的宣传教育等。

- In recent years,with the people’s incomes increasing,rural tourism,driving travel are becoming an indispensable part of people’s life,rural tourism and leisure agriculture becomes the important orientation of tourism development,because of its broad market prospect,good social,economic and ecological benefits,and its comprehensive strength,relevance,such as labor-intensive industry characteristics,effectively meet the urban residents’ leisure vacation and the rural residents’ income growth demand.But leisure agriculture development in our country is still in the preliminary exploration stage,any new things will experience a growth process,the process will inevitably encounter all sorts of problems.As the above background,summarized the present stage driving factors of leisure agriculture development and the development conditions of leisure agriculture in our country；finally on this basis,in-depth analysis of the problems appeared in the development of leisure agriculture in our country:the market order confusion,environmental damage,etc,to solve these problems,puts forward some countermeasures for the development of leisure agriculture:the government should formulate relevant laws and regulations,and actively introducing foreign investment,pay attention to environmental protection publicity and education of knowledge,etc.
