- 以“曙光”油桃为试材,研究了土壤施钙对贮藏期间温室油桃果实品质的影响。结果表明:采前土壤施钙降低了贮藏期间果实的硬度软化速率并推迟了软化时间;采前土壤施钙减少了贮藏期间果实可溶性糖、可滴定酸的消耗和抑制了维生素C的降解速率,使果实品质在贮藏期间维持高水平含量上;该试验结果表明,土壤施钙对于维持贮藏过程中果实的风味和营养品质具有显著效果。
- Abstract:
- Taking Prunus persica var.nectariana cv.shuguang as material,the effects of applying calcium in soil on fruit quality and physiology characteristics of nectarine during storage periods were studied in greenhouse.The results showed that,applying Ca(NO3)2 in soil could improve the fruit quality of nectarine under protected culture obviously during storage.The treatment decreased the soften rate of fruit and delayed the soften time;it also decreased the decompose rate of soluble sugar,titratable acid,vitamin C and remained their content at high level.It suggested that applying Ca nutrition in soil could improve flavors and nutritive quality and storability of fruit during storage.
