- 食用花是一种天然的药食两用保健食品。该文综述了食用花的营养价值,重点阐述了食用花的保健营养成分和药用价值,并对食用花开发利用中存在的问题进行了分析。
- Abstract:
- Edible flower is a natural health food.The nutritional values,especial the health nutrition and the medical value were reviewed in this paper,and the problems in the development and utilization of edible flowers were analyzed and discussed.
