- 以中药材虎杖为试材,利用纤维素酶酶解虎杖粗制品,以乙醇浓度、料液比、超声时间、超声温度为考察因素,进行单因素试验和正交实验,研究了超声波-酶法提取虎杖中白藜芦醇的最佳提取工艺。结果表明:虎杖中白藜芦醇提取的最佳工艺为乙醇浓度80%、料液比1∶25 g/mL、超声时间30 min、超声温度60℃,在此条件下,白藜芦醇的得率为0.328%。
- Abstract:
- Taking Chinese traditional medicine Polygonum cuspidatum as materil,and its crude product was evrymed by cellulase,the effect of ethanol concentration,solid-liquid ratio,ultrasonic time,and ultrasonic temperature at different levels for resveratrol extraction were studied by ultrasonic wave.The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were as follows:the Polygonum cuspidatum was extracted by 80% alcohol at 60℃ for 30 min and the ratio of liquid to solids was 1∶25 g/mL,the yield of resveratrol was 0.328%.
