- 食用菌产业作为我国农业传统产业和近年来快速发展起来的新兴产业已备受关注。该文综述了我国对食用菌栽培和利用的历史,重点总结了食用菌育种、栽培料的选择、灭菌方法、接种流程以及栽培模式等研究现状;指出我国食用菌栽培应该以节约、环保为基础,充分利用好当地的有利条件,选择合理的栽培模式,走可持续发展道路。
- Abstract:
- Mushroom industry as Chinese traditional industries and emerging industries of agriculture had developed rapidly,it also had been much attention in recent years.The current status and prospect on cultivation and utilization of mushrooms in China were summarized,and the breeding of mushrooms,the selection of cultivation materials,sterilization methods,inoculation process and cultivation mode also were summarized in this paper.It was also pointed out that cultivation of mushrooms should be based on economic and environment protection.More attention should be paid on making full use of favorable conditions for local,such as choosing a reasonable mode of cultivation and the way of sustainable development.
