- 以耐盐性不同的紫花苜蓿(Medicago sativa L.)品种“阿尔冈金”和“皇冠”为试材,在水培条件下,研究了不同盐胁迫浓度(0、100、200 mmol/L NaCl浓度)和不同胁迫时间(0、2、4、6、8、10、12 d)对2个紫花苜蓿品种幼苗的根系活力、丙二醛含量、脯氨酸含量、可溶性蛋白质含量等相关根部生长及生理指标的影响。结果表明:随着盐胁迫浓度和天数的增加,紫花苜蓿根系活力呈现明显下降的趋势;随着盐胁迫浓度和天数的增加,紫花苜蓿根部脯氨酸含量、丙二醛含量和可溶性性蛋白质含量均呈现明显的先升高后降低的趋势,但是高盐溶液升高的趋势要明显大于低盐溶液升高的趋势。经主成分分析表明,脯氨酸含量和可溶性蛋白质含量能较好的代表紫花苜蓿的耐盐性。
- Abstract:
- Taking two cultivars of Medicago sativa L. ‘Algonquin’ (salt resistance) and ‘Crown’ (salt susceptible) as materials,under hydroponic conditions,effect of root activity and malonaldehyde content,proline content,soluble protein content under different NaCl concentration (0,100,200 mmol/L NaCl) and stress time(0,2,4,6,8,10,12 d) of two cultivars of Medicago sativa L.seedlings were measured,the changes of related physiological indicators were analysed.The results showed that with the increase of stress salinity and the number of days,the root activity of Medicago sativa L. presented significant decreasing trend,the root physiological indicators containing malonaldehyde content,proline content,soluble protein content showed significantly trend of first increased and then decreased,but increasing trend of high salinity was significantly bigger than increasing trend of low salinity.The principal component analysis showed that proline and soluble protein could be better representative of the salt patience of Medicago sativa L..
