逆境胁迫下罗布麻生理响应研究

- 以罗布麻为试材,研究了盐碱、干旱和低温条件下,不同胁迫时期罗布麻过氧化物酶(POD)活性、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量的变化情况。结果表明:盐碱、干旱、低温条件下,罗布麻POD活性表现出先升高后降低的趋势。盐碱、干旱条件下,罗布麻SOD活性呈现先升高后下降的趋势;在低温胁迫条件下,随着胁迫时间的延长,罗布麻SOD活性先下降后上升。盐碱胁迫条件下,罗布麻MDA含量均高于对照;干旱和低温胁迫条件下,除在干旱胁迫后的24 h和低温48 h罗布麻MDA含量极显著地高于对照外,其余时间点罗布麻MDA含量均低于对照。综上结果表明,罗布麻对盐碱、干旱、低温胁迫的响应存在差异,盐碱胁迫对罗布麻的伤害最大,造成抗氧化酶活性减弱,活性氧清除能力下降,细胞膜被破坏。
- Abstract:
- Taking Apocynum venetum as materials,POD activity,SOD activity and MDA content were studied under salinity,drought and low temperature conditions during different stress periods.The results showed that POD activity decreased after an initial increase under salinity,drought and low temperature conditions,so as SOD activity under salinity and drought stress.But SOD activity of Apocynum venetum decreased at first and then increased.MDA content was higher than control under salinity stress,but it was lower than control under drought and low temperature conditions except 24 h of drought and 48 h of low temperature.These results indicated that it was different of Apocynum venetum in response to salt,drought and cold stress.Salt stress made Apocynum venetum demaged most,the activity of enzyme declined,and active oxygen scavenging capacity decreased as well as cell membrane destroyed.
