- 以“傲绿四号”黄瓜为试材,研究了椰糠与蛭石不同配比的育苗基质对黄瓜幼苗生长指标的影响,以期为确定椰糠基质用于黄瓜无土育苗的可行性和适宜的配比提供一定的理论和实践依据。结果表明:在椰糠中加入蛭石可明显改善基质的理化性状;椰糠与蛭石不同配比的基质对黄瓜幼苗的株高、茎粗、叶片数、叶面积、地上部鲜重、地下部鲜重、根冠比和叶片光合参数均有明显的影响;椰糠与蛭石混合基质幼苗的生长指标均优于使用完全椰糠基质的幼苗,其中75%椰糠+25%蛭石(体积比)和50%椰糠+50%蛭石基质处理的黄瓜幼苗各项生长指标好于25%椰糠+75%蛭石和100%椰糠处理的幼苗。
- Abstract:
- Using Cucummis sativusL.‘Aolv No4’ as the experimental material,effects of raising seedling substrate of different formula of coir dust and vermiculite on growth parameters of cucumber seedlings were studied,in order to provide some theoretical and practical bases for defining feasibility and suitable formula of coir dust substrate in raising cucumber seedling by soilless.The results indicated that physical and chemical properties of coir dust could significantly improved by adding vermiculite into it and plant height,stem diameter,leaf number,leaf area,shoot fresh weight,root fresh weight,root to shoot ratio and photosynthetic parameters of leaf were significantly affected by the different substrate formula of coir dust and vermiculite.Growth parameters of cucumber seedling cultured in mixed substrate of coir dust and vermiculite were superior to that of pure coir dust substrate.Growth parameters of 75% coir dust+25% vermiculite(volume:volume) and 50% coir dust+50% vermiculite treatments were better than that of 25% coir dust+75% vermiculite and 100% coir dust treatments.
