- 以杏鲍菇菌糠为试材,采用固体平板培养法研究了不同浓度的杏鲍菇菌糠对鸡腿菇、毛木耳、黑木耳、金福菇、杏鲍菇菌丝生长的影响。结果表明:在设定的浓度范围内,杏鲍菇菌糠对毛木耳、黑木耳菌丝生长几乎没有抑制作用;当菌糠浓度较高(200、400 g/L)时,对鸡腿菇和杏鲍菇有一定的抑制效应,对金福菇的抑制最为明显;当菌糠浓度较低(50 g/L)时,呈现出极显著的抑制效果。
- Abstract:
- Taking spent substrate of industrial cultivation Pleurotus eryngii as material,the effect of different concentration of Pleurotus eryngii spent substrate on the growth of several mushrooms including Copyinds aomatus,Auricularia polytricha,Auricularia auricula,Tricholoma lobayensc Heim and Pleurotus eryngii,according to solid plate method were studied.The results showed that the inhibiting effect of P.eryngii spent substrate on mycelial growth of A.polytricha and A.auricula was slight on any given concentration.Inhibition effect was gradually emerged on mycelial growth of Copyinds aomatus and Pleurotus eryngii when the spent substrate concentration were 200 g/L and 400 g/L.Tricholoma lobayensc was significantly inhibited even at given the minimum concentration of 50 g/L.
