- 以外来入侵植物黄顶菊(Flaveria bidentis)为试材,研究了日光温室盆栽条件下黄顶菊与黄瓜混作对黄瓜株高、干鲜重、叶绿素含量、根系活力、过氧化物酶(POD)活性和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响,以及黄顶菊浸提液对黄瓜种子萌发的影响。结果表明:黄顶菊对混作的黄瓜株高和鲜重增长都有明显的抑制作用;生长在黄顶菊附近的黄瓜的根系活力、叶片叶绿素含量及POD活性、CAT活性均低于单种黄瓜的对照,而MDA含量高于对照;不同浓度黄顶菊植株浸提液处理的黄瓜种子,随处理浓度的升高,黄瓜种子的发芽率不断降低。
- Abstract:
- Taking alien invasive Flaveria bidentisas material,under solar greenhouse potting conditions,the influences of F.bidentison cucumber plant height,fresh and dry weight,chlorophyll content,root activity,POD activity and CAT activity,and MDA content under intercropping with Flaveria bidentisand cucumber,as well as the impact of the water extract from Flaveria bidentison cucumber seed germination were studied.The results showed that plant height and fresh weight growth were inhibited and root activity,chlorophyll content and POD activity,CAT activity were lower than that of control under intercropping,while the MDA content was higher than that of control.Cucumber seed germination rate decreased with the increase of the extract concentration.
