- 以11个不同种源地引种的2年生山杏无性系苗木为试材,对引种山杏不同季节的光合生理参数进行了测定。结果表明:不同种源引种山杏在辽西地区的光合、蒸腾作用类型随季节变化呈现单、双峰型变化,存在“光合午休”现象;不同生长季节各种源山杏通过叶片气孔对各项光合生理活动进行有效调节,春、秋季水分利用率高,保水能力强,夏季的高温、干旱气候不利于引种山杏的生长。俄罗斯西伯利亚杏生长期短,春季的光合、蒸腾作用高于夏、秋季节,引种驯化后对辽西生境的适应能力增强;西北黄土丘陵区野杏的遗传变异性大,生态幅宽,不同季节的光合生理活动存在较大差异,进行品种选育的潜力大;内蒙古地区西伯利亚杏的光合生理活动与辽西地区的山杏类似,对引种地环境的适应能力较强。
- Abstract:
- With 11 introduced 2-year old Prunus armeniaca clones from different geographical as meterials,by using Li-6400 portable photosynthesis system to measure the photosynthesis parameters of Prunus armeniaca in different season.The results showed that the photosynthetic and transpiration type of different geographical provenances of introduced Prunus armeniaca change with the seasons present the single or double peak change types in Liaoning western region,there had ‘midday photosynthesis depression’ phenomenon in different seasons.Different sources Prunus armeniaca could adjust the photosynthetic activity effectively through the leaf stomata in different growing seasons,the water use efficiency was higher in spring and autumn than summer,so the water retention capacity of introduced Prunus armeniaca were higher in spring and autumn,the high temperature,drought climate in summer was not benefit the growth of introduced Prunus armeniaca. The Armeniaca sibirica in Russia region had shorten growth period,the photosynthesis,transpiration was higher in spring than that in summer and autumn,through introduction and domestication,there had a stronger adaptive capacity to the Liaoning western riogion habitat.The Armeniaca vulgaris in loess hilly gully region of northwestern China had rich genetic variation and wide ecological breadth,there was a big difference of the photosynthetic physiological activity in different seasons,the variety breeding potential was very large.The Armeniaca sibirica in Inner Mongolia region had similiar photosynthetic activity types with the Prunus armeniaca in introduction area,there had a strong ability to adapt to the environment of the introduction area.
