- 以吉祥草炭疽病菌Colletotrichum gloeosporioides为对象,研究了其生物学特性和最佳防治药剂。结果表明:PDA为较适培养基,病原菌生长适温为28℃,致死温度为50℃;在pH为4.0~10.0的范围内均能生长,最适pH为6.0;光照条件以24 h/0h(光/暗)为佳。在供试3种药剂中,10%腈菌唑对病原菌抑菌效果最好,在推荐使用浓度0.3 mg/L下,相对抑菌率达到91.4%;而45%的石硫合剂抑菌效果最差,在推荐使用浓度6.67 mg/L下,其抑菌率仅为8.0%。

- Transformation and Utilization,College of Life Science and Technology,Hubei Engineering University,Xiaogan,Hubei 432000;2.College of Forestry,Southwest Forestry University,Kunming,Yunnan 650224 With Reineckea carnea leaf spot disease as research object,the biological characteristics and suitable fungicide for the pathogen of Reineckea carnealeaf spot were investigated in this paper,in order to provide a scientific basis for the disease control.The results indicated that the pathogen mycelium were grown well in PDA under 28℃,the lethal temperature was 50℃.It could be growth in pH 4.0~10.0,and prefer to pH 6.0.The light-dark alternation(24 h/0 h)was benefit for the mycelial growth.Among the 3 tested pesticides,the most effective was 10% myclobutanil,the relative inhibition rate was 91.4% under the recommended concentration 0.3 mg/L.Lime sulfur was the least effective,the relative inhibition rate was 8.0% under the recommended concentration 6.67 mg/L.
