- 以“华京”小白菜为试材,利用LED精量调制光源,设红光、蓝光、红/蓝(3/1)、红/蓝(7/1)、白/红/蓝(3/2/1)5个光质处理,以白光为对照,研究了不同光质对小白菜生长及光合特性的影响。结果表明:红/蓝(7/1)处理下小白菜植株茎粗、叶宽、叶面积及根系长度均显著高于其它处理;根系活力以红/蓝(7/1)处理的最强,在蓝光下的最弱;叶绿素含量以蓝光处理的最高,且叶绿素总量与红/蓝光值呈负相关;光合速率、气孔导度、蒸腾速率均以红光处理的最高,而蓝光处理下有较高的胞间CO2浓度。这说明红/蓝(7/1)光有利于提高小白菜叶片的光合作用,可有效促进植株生长,提高其产量。
- Abstract:
- Taking ‘Huajing’ pakchoi as material,red light,blue light,red/blue(3/1)light,red/blue(7/1) and white/red/blue(3/2/1) light were applied by light-emitting diode,white light generated by fluorescent lamps was used as control,the effects of different light qualities on the growth and photosynthetic characteristics of pakchoi were studied.The results showed that the stem diameter,leaf width,leaf area and root length of pakchoi were the highest under red/blue (7/1) light.The root activity of pakchoi was the highest under red/blue (7/1) light and the smallest under blue light.The content of chlorophyll (a+b) of pakchoi was the highest under blue light treatment,and chlorophyll (a+b) content was correlated with red/blue negative correlation.The photosynthetic rate,stomata conductance,transpiration rate of pakchoi were the biggest under red light.Whereas intercellular CO2 concentration was the highest under blue light.It concluded that the photosynthetic rate of pakchoi was significantly increased under red/blue (7/1) light,thus the plant growth and yield were also significantly increased.
