- 以20份野生白芨资源为试材,利用SPAD-502叶绿素计和丙酮乙醇混合法对其叶片叶绿素含量进行比较分析。结果表明:不同的白芨种质资源的叶绿素a、叶绿素b和总叶绿素含量以及SPAD值均有所不同,通过相关性分析,发现叶绿素含量和SPAD值之间存在显著的线性相关关系,表明利用叶片SPAD值可以很好的反应整个植株的叶绿素含量水平,且方法简单易行。
- Abstract:
- Taking 20 wild Bletilla striata germplasm resources as materils,the chlorophyll contents of 20 Bletilla striata cultivars were measured and compared by chlorophyll meter SPAD-502 and acetone ethanol mixed methods.The results showed that different cultivars had different chlorophyll a content,chlorophyll b content,total chlorophyll content and SPAD value.The relativity of the chlorophyll content and SPAD value were notability lever.So it concluded that SPAD readings could fully reflect the chlorophyll contents and it had simple and convenient measure without any harmon leaves.
