- 以金雀花健壮插穗为试材,研究了不同浓度生根粉、不同插穗年龄、不同基质和不同扦插时间对金雀花扦插生根率、单株根数及根长的影响。结果表明:以1 a生枝条作插穗,浓度为1.0 g/L国光生根粉,以珍珠岩为扦插基质,金雀花扦插苗可以获得较好生根效果,生根率达92.0%,平均根数为3.1条,平均根长为6.2 cm,结合生产实际,以5月份扦插最佳。
- Abstract:
- Taking the hard stem of Caragana sinica as test materials,the effects of different concentrations of rooting agent,different ages of stem,different cuttage medias,different time on rooting rate,roots of per stem,root length of Caragana sinica were studied.The results showed that the branch of one-year-old,with 1.0 g/L rooting agent and perlite as media,the root rate could reach 92.0%,the average root number was 3.1,the average root length was 6.2 cm.Combined with the actual production,cutting in May could had a better root effect.
