木瓜海棠硬枝扦插繁殖研究

- 以木瓜海棠为试材,研究了木瓜海棠插条取条部位(顶端、中部、基部)、不同生根剂(NAA、ABT、911)及浓度处理和不同的扦插季节(春季、秋季)对插条成活率的影响。结果表明:中部枝段扦插成活效果最好,顶部次之,基部最低;用质量浓度为100 mg/L 的NAA、ABT、911生根剂处理插条能提高扦插成活率约10%,相比之下,质量浓度为100 mg/L 的NAA促进生根的效果最好;秋季是适合荆州地区木瓜海棠扦插的最佳季节,秋插成活效果要好于春插。
- Abstract:
- Taking Chaenomeles cathayensis as test material,the effect of different sections (base,center and top section),different concentrations of rooting powder (NAA,ABT,911) and different seasons (spring,autumn)on cuttage survival rate of Chaenomeles cathayensis’s branches were studied.The results showed that the cuttage survival rate of central section of Chaenomeles cathayensis’s branches was the highest and that of the base was the lowest.Compared with the rooting effect,rooting powder NAA,ABT and 911 with the concentration of 100 mg/L were more available for rooting,which could improve survival rate of cutting over 10%,and rooting powder NAA with the concentration of 100 mg/L had the most available effect on rooting.At the same time,the result revealed the best time of cutting propagation of Chaenomeles cathayensis was in Autumn,which was also applicable in Jingzhou area,and cutting survival effect in Autumn was better than in Spring.So the theorical basis and technical support would be provided to the rapid propagation of Chaenomeles cathayensis in practice.
