- 以李树品种“绥李3号”花芽为试材,采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC),对其花芽萌发过程中内源激素含量变化情况进行了测定。结果表明:吲哚乙酸(IAA)、玉米素(ZT)含量总体呈上升趋势,表明“绥李3号”花芽在萌发过程中对IAA、ZT的需求量逐渐增加。但在4月28日ZT出现低谷时,IAA则出现峰顶,5月5日ZT出现跃升时,IAA则出现低谷,二者变化正好相反。花芽萌发过程中脱落酸(ABA)、赤霉素(GA)含量呈下降趋势,ABA的下降幅度较大,而GA虽然下降,但一直保持在较高水平,明显高于其它几种激素,表明“绥李3号”花芽在萌发过程中需要高浓度的GA支持。
- Abstract:
- Taking ‘Suili 3’ flower buds as test material,the HPLC method was used to study the changes of the endogenous hormones contents in flower buds at germination process of ‘Suili 3’.The results showed that the contents of IAA and ZT were overall raised,which indicated that the demand quantities of IAA and ZT were gradually increased in ‘Suili 3’ flower buds germination process.On April 28th ZT appeared low ebb,IAA in peak.On May 5th ZT appeared zooming,IAA in the low ebb,the change of the ZT and IAA were just opposite.The contents of the ABA and GA were declined in the flower buds germination process.And ABA decreased in large amplitude,while the GA declined but remained at a high level,and was higher than that of several other hormones significantly,which showed that demand high concentration of GA during ‘Suili 3’ flower buds germination process.
