- 以西葫芦2个绿色自交系(‘A-7’、‘23-4G’)和1个白色自交系(‘q-1’)为亲本,通过正反交和自交,对西葫芦4个杂交组合的回交世代、F2世代和F2∶3群体的果实颜色进行了遗传统计分析和χ2适合性检验,以期研究西葫芦果实颜色的遗传规律。结果表明:西葫芦果实颜色是质量性状,受1对核基因控制,绿色对白色为显性;此外,分离世代的绿色果实颜色深浅程度不同,可能受到微效多基因的修饰作用。
- Abstract:
- Taking two green inbred lines(‘A-7’,‘23-4G’)and one white inbred line(‘q-1’) as parent materials,four hybrid crosses(F1)were obtained by reciprocal crosses.Backcross generations and F2 generations were obtained by F1 backcross and selfing;then F2∶3 groups were obtained by F2 selfing.Fruit color of generations of four hybrid crosses and F2∶3 group by genetic statistics and χ2 fitness test were analyzed.The results showed that fruit color of summer squash was quality trait and controlled by one pair of nuclear genes,green color was dominant to white color.It was different in green fruit color on separating generation,so fruit color perhaps was also controlled by polygenes having small effects.
