- 以辐冠党参地下块茎为试材,研究了不同浓度磷酸二氢钾对其生长量的影响。结果表明:辐冠党参是喜肥植物,2 000 mg/kg的磷酸二氢钾能显著提高其地下根茎的生长量;辐冠党参在栽培中,大粒径的地下块茎分生繁殖能力低于小粒径地下块茎,磷酸二氢钾的施肥效应在小粒径地下块茎生长量的提高上更加明显;辐冠党参喜疏松土壤,在光照强、通透性好、水分充足条件下,能够分生更多的地下小块茎。
- Abstract:
- Taking the tuber of Codonopsis convolvulacea var.vinciflora as material,the effect of different concentrations of potassium dihydrogen phosphate on radial growth of it were studied.The results showed that the Codonopsis convolvulacea var.vinciflora was fertilizer plant,2 000 mg/kg of potassium dihydrogen phosphate could significantly increase the growth of the underground rhizome;the meristematic reproductive capacity of big size tubers was lower than the small one,the fertilizer effect of potassium dihydrogen phosphate on small tubers was improved more obviously;loose soil was good for Codonopsis convolvulacea var.vinciflora,which could meristematic more small underground tubers in the strong light,good permeability and adequate moisture conditions.
