- 以耐热性不同的6份茄子材料为亲本,按照Griffing的第Ⅳ种方案1/2p(p-1)配制双列杂交组合,对F2代材料的耐热性状的正态性遗传性进行了检验,以期判断茄子耐热性是否属于数量性状。结果表明:组合‘CLN2001A’ב01143’F2群体热害指数、质膜透性、游离脯氨酸含量和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性等上述耐热性状左右频数分布基本对称,均表现出受多基因控制的数量性状频数分布的特点;且χ2测验均表明,该组合F2群体4个耐热理化性状均符合正态分布,属于连续性变数,符合数量性状特点,即茄子耐热性属于数量性状,因此应用数量性状遗传学方法对茄子耐热性进行遗传分析是可行的。
- Abstract:
- Taking 6 eggplant materials that had different thermal tolerance traits as parents,according to the Ⅳproject of the Griffing1/2p (p-1) to compound combination,a normality hereditary of thermal tolerance in F2 was tested to judge whether it belongs to quantitative traits in eggplant.The results showed that heat injury index,membrane permeability,free proline content,superoxide dismutase activity performed symmetrical distribution in the combination of ‘CLN2001A’ב01143’.The experiment performed quantitative traits frequency distribution characteristics of multiple gene control.χ2 test showed that four thermal tolerance traits was in accord with normal distribution in this combination,and belonged to a continuous variables.Conformed to quantitative traits,thermal tolerance belonged to quantitative trait in eggplant.It was feasible that application of quantitative genetics method on eggplant for thermal tolerance traits genetic analysis.
