- 以黄白色和粉红色2种花色的鸡蛋花树为试材,测定了鸡蛋花树不同时期叶片、花萼、花瓣的黄酮、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、维生素C、叶绿素、蛋白质、糖类等含量的变化。结果表明:鸡蛋花树各器官发育时期不同,各物质含量的种类和含量值也不同;叶片以嫩叶期、花萼以半开期、花瓣以蕾期物质含量的种类多而且值最高;黄白色花的花瓣中各物质含量的种类多值高,粉红色花的叶片中各物质含量的种类多值高;鸡蛋花树叶片呈中性,花弱酸性。
- Abstract:
- Taking yellow-white and pink 2 colors of frangipani as test materials,the changes of flavonoids,SOD,vitamin C,chlorophyll,protein,carbohydrate content in leaves,calyx,petals at different stages of frangipani trees were studied.The results showed that at different periods,it had different types and contents of matter;leaves at leaves period,the calyx at half open period,petal at bud stage,substrate content was the highest;petals of yellow-white flowers had various substances with high quantity,matter content in the leaves of pink flowers had various substraces with high quantity;frangipani trees leaves appeard neutral,flower weak showed acid.
