- 通过对青海大通地区耕地、荒地和湿地土壤理化性质的研究,结合不同结构土壤稀释平板计数法培养出来的微生物种群数目的统计和种类,观察不同土壤类型微生物种类的变化情况。结果表明:供试3类结构的土壤都属于偏碱性;有机质含量:耕地>湿地>荒地;全氮含量:耕地>荒地>湿地;微生物种群总数为:耕地>湿地>荒地,微生物总数分别为耕地105×104个/g,荒地75×104个/g,湿地26×104个/g,微生物种类以细菌为主,放线菌和真菌次之。
- Abstract:
- By analyzing soil samples from cultivated land,wasted land and wet land in Datong Qinghai,the soil physical properties,microbial population and types were studied.The results showed that the samples all belonged to partial alkaline.Organic matter content was cultivated land>wetland>wasteland.Total nitrogen content was cultivated land>wasteland>wetland.The number of soil microorganism in different structure was cultivated land>wetland>wasteland.The total number of microbes was cultivated land 105×104 in 1 g soil,wasteland 75×104 in 1 g soil,wetland 26×104 in 1 g soil.Most of the microbes were bacteria,actinomycete and fungi took second place.
