营养液的pH和EC对满天星试管苗水培生根的影响

- 以满天星试管苗的茎段为外植体,采用MS基本培养基,附加1.0mg/L的6-BA,建立满天星的无菌植株,以继代增殖培养后的单株为材料,研究营养液中pH和EC对试管苗水培生根的影响。结果表明:对满天星幼苗生长和生根的营养液以pH 6处理的幼苗生长及根系发育最佳;高EC浓度较适合满天星的瓶外生根,EC值应调节为2.5mS/cm。
