植物生长调节剂“易丰收”对树莓组培苗生根的影响
- 摘要:
- 以树莓品种‘Tullameent’组培苗为试材,采用组织培养的方法,研究了植物生长调节剂"易丰收"对树莓组培苗生根的影响。结果表明:"易丰收"采用3万倍浓度,并且抽滤(D)的生根效果最好;使用"易丰收",可以提高树莓组织培养过程中的生根率,从而提高驯化成活率,达到安全、高效、低成本的目的。
